The Road has not been closed, the roadworks have not commenced, there is a lack of digging, measuring, labouring or general roadworking.

Which is not good news for traders who tried to rearrange delivery schedules, tried to accomodate the roadworks, traders and residents who are going to be inconveniently inconvenienced just a little bit more.
