| PROPOSED RESTRICTIONS (Access to properties will be maintained at all times and unless otherwise stated pedestrian access will not be affected).
On 2nd March 2009, or soon after, Mouch1 will commence regeneration works at Kings Road and London Road St Leonards on Sea. Works will be carried out in the highway therefore it will be necessary to introduce the following temporary restrictions- Temporary Road closures at London Road (2 weekends only to minimise disruption to traffic) Temporary Road closure at Kings Road (14 weeks) Temporary Suspension of existing One Way restriction in Kings Road (14 weeks) to facilitate deliveries during works Temporary Footpath closure at DPROW 98 (steps running between Kings Road and London Road) (4 weeks) |

On 11th March 2009, or soon after Morrisons will commence essential gas mains replacement works at Cross Street, St Leonards on Sea. Works will be carried out in the highway it will therefore be necessary to temporarily close the western end of Cross Street for the duration of the works. It will also be necessary to temporarily reverse the existing one way at Cross Street to facilitate traffic exiting South Street and Crystal Square car park. |
